I still don't think it is a trick.
That is why I think they should have used a box that displayed after we made our decision showing how many people seen the image and how many think that there is a lens in it, even though it only gets seen ten times before not being shown again. This would give everybody an idea where they stand as a whole.
I just got this one and it is similar ASW0002kbc so I think it is just how a star shows up in a ring galaxy or whatever it is.

I think AlexandredOr means that it would be a good image to add to the spotter guide ๐
It is clearly a ring galaxy with an overlapping star, but for a newbie it may be easily mistaken for an einsteinring and / or lens - in other word they may be 'trapped' into thinking it is a lens.
