    Its the one on the top that is making me unsure, a lot brighter, bigger and just a little bit far from the others

    Lensed quasars would be round, and lensed galaxies make arcs. The shape is wrong, but it attracts the eye.

    oh, the blue one at 10 oclock! Yes, that one is too far away except if there was a huge cluster of galaxies.

    I think that's a compact, possibly merging, group of three galaxies - the blue light is probably new stars forming due to the merger...

    Having said that, if the blue light is from a background galaxy it would be being magnified by the lens - it is quite bright!
