    Hmm - the upper arc has the right sort of alignment/curvature, but is a little way out. There could be a counter-image buried in the centre

    The other feature (to the lower right of the lens galaxy) is probably a different source - it has slightly different colour and brightness

    I'd collect this as a "possible" - it could just be a weak lensing (single imaging) event. Good pick at the edge of the field though! 😃
