  I'm never sure if anything like this is a lens. It is a lens, but it's harder to spot because it looks like the other blobs of light.

  It looks like a bright star. I don't see the lens effect.

  The key feature is that the blue forms a donut shaped ring around the bright galaxy, rather than a blue disk that covers the whole object.
