    Quick dashboard is not supported in IE. I use Windows 7 and IE 10, with Magnifier on, to do that---
    (1) Go to control panel (2) Ease of access (3) Optimize visual display (4) Turn on magnifier.

    The magnifier zooms in anywhere on the screen, you can move it around and resize.
    I use it at 200% in Lens, you can set whatever % you would like.
