Two quick questions?

1 small red galaxy under the big right hand side foreground star has a very bright blue region. Could this be a lensing arc or is it more likely to be a starforming region?
2 there's an interesting arc under the biggest left hand side foreground star. It is probably just an artifact or something not well defined. Just out of interest, is it possible to detect microlensing events on this site? If so what might one look like?
