What is the massice green part at the top right, is like a star expolding etc.

It's (very likely) a star in our own galaxy, the Milky Way. It looks like that because it's quite bright, and its light saturated the CCD detectors in the camera (the green 'halo' is likely due to how much light it emits in some wavelengths vs others, and the filters used in the camera, their sensitivity, etc).
