There are two interesting objects here. The first is the red object with some kind of "jet". I am not sure if it is just a galaxy that is behind the object, or something else. There is also the object to the left that may be a lens, but I am not 100% sure.

Many possibilities. Pair of orange galaxies? Maybe one is a spiral, or has tidal debris orbiting it.

The red object to the right. It kind of looks like a spiral with another object. I can't tell if it is a lens or just another galaxy or star
