is this a buriedring at top right and regardless, can a lensed galaxy produce both a buriedring and a point or arc in one lens system ? thanks

Well, if a lensed galaxy appears as a ring around a lensing galaxy, that means it is directly behind the lens. For an image of the lensed galaxy to also appear on the far side of another galaxy would require the second lens to be significantly more massive, because it has to bend the light path from the lensed object by a greater amount. I don't know if that's possible (I defer to the experts for that), but it doesn't seem likely in this case, since the second lensing object looks to be the smaller of the two.
