Mysterious Ringed Object

The bright object in the top left corner, does it have rings? Or is that just some sort of computer glitch? When you dim down the lighting, the rings are quite visible.

if you mean the bluish white object at 10'oclock then its a star. the faint blue halo around it is artefact due to the reflections from the camera. For very bright stars, these halos are very obviously visible.
