This seems odd and has too many markers

  Ok so if this is not one plz explain what I am seeing. It seem to have way too many lens markers to be real of course. It does how ever have the tell tail bright blue spots (pardon my lack of proper terms LOL) Poss sim mislabeled?

  The blue blobs in this (spiral ?) galaxy are star forming regions.
