green spot

Is the green spot on 12 o'clock a lens or mix of blue and yellow/white haze?

It is perfectly round, so it is a star. The green-blue colour means that it is a blue star. But I don't know why it has a red halo around it. When the co-ordinates of the images are released, we can look it up, maybe.

I see it...not what I would expect, but an interesting ring of blue.
