Could this be a lens?

Is it lensed or two galaxies one being an edge on galaxy?

This is an edge on galaxy and a star from our galaxy.
The arc is not really an arc and it's way too big.

I second ElisabethB. Nice conjunction between a foreground star and an edge on galaxy.

Here is an example of an arc that doesn't tightly hug the foreground galaxy

"HST 16309+8230 is an edge-on disk-like galaxy (blue arc) which has been significantly distorted by the redder lensing elliptical galaxy."

I agree with ElisabethB. It is a coincidence of an edge-on disk galaxy and a blue foreground star. The intensity, colour and shape of the blue object gives high evidence that is it a foreground star of our own Milky Way galaxy.
