Is there a gravitional lens?

  Is the bright knot on the right side a gravitional lens?

  It looks very fuzzy, and because it is on the edge I am unable to see if there is a counter image.

  I am thinking it is more likely to be a companion or satellite galaxy to the larger Elliptical.
