The "arc" is rather pretty but the lens is so small and looks like a star.. Must be a quasar......

The lensing galaxy looks like a galaxy, it is fuzzy looking. It is orange, which means that it is far away, and therefore must be big for us to see us at all. It would be nice if the #green_arc had a counterpart on the other side of the galaxy. A bit far way from the galaxy. Maybe.

If this is a lens, the effect is huge. The image is very far from the lensing object. But green is more related to stars and not lensing.

For the reasons you mentioned, this is indeed a difficult one to classify. The arc looks right but the lensing galaxy is too puny. I don't even see many other similar reddish galaxies which might hint for the presence of a galaxy group - meaning more massive lens instead of just one tiny red galaxy. As Budgieye said, no sign of counterpart. This could be a case where very thin, distant edge-on galaxies looks very much like an arc.
One may need higher resolution imaging or spectroscopy to be more certain about what might be going on here. But just going by statistics of which is more likely to happen and absence of other signs of lensing, I'd go with an edge-on galaxy doing a really good job of posing as an arc 😃

Some oxygen-producing galaxies are green, "green peas", but they are closer to us than orange galaxies, so if a green pes is being lensed, it would have to be by closer galaxies. which are white or yellow. Green quasars are far away and can be lensed, but they don't make arcs.
