Do we ever find out?

  Does anyone tell us if what we've spotted is (or is not!!) the real thing??

  After the project is over, the scientists look at what they have found, and make a list of the good ones.

  The best 10 or 20 get selected for study by Hubble Space telescope and also and get their spectra taken. This may take 3 years at the fastest.

  So, it takes a while.

  After we think we've marked a lens and it's not a simulation, do we have to do anything or do you guys at Space Warps access our candidates, presumably unless we're in the best 10-20 we won't know if we were correct, also for how long do we continue classifying images?
