Quick dash not working

  Hi, I don't see anyone else mentioning this so maybe its just my old laptop. But on my laptop when you click on quick dash there are just some 45 degree stripes that sort of flash. I have done a screen print and saved in word but there doesn't seem to be a file attachment option.
  Any ideas on how to resolve this?

  Quick dash is not supported in IE according to my error message 😦

  I'm getting exactly the same Sandy, so unfortunately I'm having to guess at the smaller images 😦 Any advice on how to get my 'quick dash' working would be gratefully appreciated 😃
