I currently cannot see any images in tools.

  They are all coming up blank. This could be because I'm using my work computer, tho' I'm pretty sure I've successfully opened images in tools here before. Will be able to tell tonight when back at home.

  Tools is very slow with my laptop Windows Vista and Firefox 22.0, like 10-20 sec to load.

  It is faster with the house computer with Windows 7 version 6.1 and Chrome(Version 31.0.1650.63 m- up to date)

  I think it's the work computer problem, when I got home everything was fine - I'm using Chrome at both sites. Are the image files very big when downloading to tools? In fact that is a question I should have asked sooner - I have limited broadband GB per month.

  Chrome has needed an update for me yesterday. Maybe that might work?

  Don't know if this is correct forum, but Dashboard gives previous image and not the current one. Example: Image ASW00038cr
