Images out of sinc with simulated lenses

I've had several images where there are clearly no lenses on the image, and the pointer is at black space, yet it tells me i missed one. The simulated lense appears in that exact spot on the next image. It sometimes says that it is one the team has already looked at and said there is nothing there but clearly its a simulated lense!
